Book a call

For implant & cosmetic dentists in LA & OC

You pay for every implant lead. What happens when one comes in at 8pm?

Full-arch patients research cost at night and contact whoever answers. I build your site and an AI that answers their questions from answers you approve and books the consult, so the case doesn't go to the practice that picked up at 8:01.

Book a 15-minute call→ Five quick questions, then pick a time.

What it's costing you

Patients don't wait. They book whoever answers first.

01

Consult leads cost real money

Implant leads from Google and Meta aren't cheap. One that waits until tomorrow afternoon is one you paid for and someone else answered.

02

Patients research at night

Cost and financing questions come in after the office closes, from people who are nervous about price. A clear answer, fast, is what gets them to book.

03

The desk is on insurance calls

Between verifications, hygiene recall and checkouts, new-patient calls ring out.

04

Treatment that never gets scheduled

Accepted treatment plans and overdue patients sit in the system with nobody following up.

What I build

A site and the system behind it that answers and books.

Implant and cosmetic pages that answer

Cost ranges you approve, financing, what the consult involves, and a booking button on every page.

AI chat for cost and financing questions

Answers the questions people are embarrassed to call about. Anything clinical, including whether someone is a candidate, goes to the dentist.

A text back on every inquiry

Ad leads, form fills and missed calls get an automatic text while the patient is still looking.

Booking and follow-up

Books the consult, reminds them, and follows up on treatment that was never scheduled.

Books into Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft. I confirm exactly how it connects to yours before you pay anything.

How it goes

Fifteen minutes, then one number.

  1. Answer five questions and pick a time. About two minutes.
  2. I audit your site before we talk, the way a patient's phone sees it.
  3. On the call you get one recommendation and one number, in writing. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
  4. If you go ahead, you're live in 10 days.

In writing

Five things I promise.

  • Live in 10 days or the monthly doesn't start until it is.
  • Month to month Thirty days notice. No cancellation fee.
  • In your name Your domain, Google profile and phone number, from day one.
  • A log you can check Every inquiry is timestamped, so you can see what was answered and when.
  • A refundable deposit holds your build slot until kickoff.

What I won't promise is a number of new patients. I don't know your market yet, and anyone who promises that before looking is guessing.

Questions

What practices ask first.

Does it work with Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft?

+

Tell me which one you use on the form. I confirm exactly how booking connects to your system before you pay anything. If it can't book directly, I tell you that up front.

Will the AI tell patients whether they're a candidate?

+

No. It explains what the consult and scan involve and answers cost and financing from what you approve. Candidacy is for the dentist, at the consult.

Our front desk already returns calls.

+

They do, during business hours and between everything else. This answers the inquiry that comes in at 8pm or during a checkout, so the patient isn't calling the next practice while they wait.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

+

The standard setup collects a name, contact details and what someone is interested in, not medical history. If your practice needs a signed BAA and HIPAA-eligible hosting, that is available, and I go through exactly what it covers on the call before you sign anything.

How much does it cost?

+

It's priced to your practice: how many inquiries you get, how many locations, and which pieces you actually need. It's a one-time setup and then a flat monthly, month to month. You get one number, in writing, on the 15-minute call.

We're part of a dental group. Is this for us?

+

I work with independent practices where the owner can make the decision. If your office belongs to a larger group, it's usually the group's marketing team that decides.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice is it?

So I can look at your site and what nearby practices are doing before we talk.

✦
✦

How many locations?

Roughly how many new-patient inquiries a month?

Calls, form fills and DMs together. A guess is fine.

What's a new patient worth in their first year?

Treatments, packages, memberships. This tells me what one missed call costs you.

What's costing you patients right now?

Pick everything that applies. This is what the call will be about.

A patient calls at 8pm. What happens?

What do you book appointments in?

So I can confirm the AI books straight into it before you pay anything.

✦

Spending on ads right now?

When do you want this fixed?

Last part. Who am I talking to?

Next screen is the calendar, already filled in with this.
