Book a call

For plastic surgery practices in LA & OC

Your coordinator is your best closer. Saturday's inquiries wait until Monday.

Surgical patients research for weeks and reach out at night and on weekends. I build your site and an AI that answers the first questions from answers you approve and books the consult, so it's on your coordinator's desk Monday instead of booked elsewhere.

Book a 15-minute call→ Five quick questions, then pick a time.

What it's costing you

Patients don't wait. They book whoever answers first.

01

Weekend inquiries go cold

A Saturday-night form fill gets a reply Monday. By then they've booked two other consults.

02

The coordinator does everything

Consults, pre-op calls, financing questions and callbacks. The first reply to a new inquiry is what slips.

03

Long decisions, no follow-up

Patients who had a consult and didn't book surgery rarely hear from the practice again.

04

Questions the site doesn't answer

Cost ranges, financing, recovery time. If your site doesn't answer them, a competitor's does.

What I build

A site and the system behind it that answers and books.

Procedure pages that answer

Recovery, financing and what the consult involves, in your approved words, with a booking button on every page.

AI that works for your coordinator

First response at any hour, books the consult, and passes the patient to your coordinator with everything they asked.

A text back on every inquiry

Form fills and missed calls get an automatic text, so the patient knows the practice is there.

Consult follow-up

Patients who consulted and didn't book hear from you again, on a schedule your coordinator sets.

Books into Nextech, ModMed, Aesthetic Record or your practice calendar. I confirm exactly how it connects to yours before you pay anything.

How it goes

Fifteen minutes, then one number.

  1. Answer five questions and pick a time. About two minutes.
  2. I audit your site before we talk, the way a patient's phone sees it.
  3. On the call you get one recommendation and one number, in writing. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
  4. If you go ahead, you're live in 10 days.

In writing

Five things I promise.

  • Live in 10 days or the monthly doesn't start until it is.
  • Month to month Thirty days notice. No cancellation fee.
  • In your name Your domain, Google profile and phone number, from day one.
  • A log you can check Every inquiry is timestamped, so you can see what was answered and when.
  • A refundable deposit holds your build slot until kickoff.

What I won't promise is a number of new patients. I don't know your market yet, and anyone who promises that before looking is guessing.

Questions

What practices ask first.

Will this replace my patient coordinator?

+

No. It handles the first reply and the booking, then hands every patient to your coordinator with what they asked. The point is that her Monday starts with booked consults and notes, not a stack of voicemails.

Does it book into Nextech or ModMed?

+

Tell me which system you use on the form. I confirm exactly how booking connects before you pay anything. If a consult needs a person to approve it, it goes to your coordinator instead.

Will the AI discuss whether someone is a good candidate?

+

No. It answers recovery, cost and financing from what you approve. Candidacy, risks and anything medical go to the surgeon and the team.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

+

The standard setup collects a name, contact details and what someone is interested in, not medical history. If your practice needs a signed BAA and HIPAA-eligible hosting, that is available, and I go through exactly what it covers on the call before you sign anything.

How much does it cost?

+

It's priced to your practice: how many inquiries you get, how many locations, and which pieces you actually need. It's a one-time setup and then a flat monthly, month to month. You get one number, in writing, on the 15-minute call.

Can you use our before-and-after photos?

+

Only ones with written patient releases on file. I'll ask for confirmation before any photo goes on the site.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice is it?

So I can look at your site and what nearby practices are doing before we talk.

✦
✦

How many locations?

Roughly how many new-patient inquiries a month?

Calls, form fills and DMs together. A guess is fine.

What's a new patient worth in their first year?

Treatments, packages, memberships. This tells me what one missed call costs you.

What's costing you patients right now?

Pick everything that applies. This is what the call will be about.

A patient calls at 8pm. What happens?

What do you book appointments in?

So I can confirm the AI books straight into it before you pay anything.

✦

Spending on ads right now?

When do you want this fixed?

Last part. Who am I talking to?

Next screen is the calendar, already filled in with this.
